Okay, so this post is very important guys, I am in trouble here!!!  At first, it was such a very minute thing, that I didn't pay attention and now I'M IN WAY OVER MY HEAD GUYS!!!!!!!    I must state a disclaimer... Before you enter.  I am not liable for any injuries sustained while reading this blog.  I has no monies anyhow, so good luck suing.

You should probably watch your step.

This post is so important that I stole the batteries out of Zacharys toy piano to take the pictures I'm about to show you...... see......
And that is in fact my napkin holder, holding bills and papers... I am in such trouble here!

I am so ashamed to admit defeat, but, I have to!  I need help.... I am in CLOSET-CRISIS and utter chaos here everyone!   I used to be so organized!  And now, I am the owner of a closet that can easily hold more than 10 adults that I can't even step a foot into!!!  WHAT HAPPENED HERE?  *Sigh*  The me of 24 is sooooooo  very ashamed of the 28 year old me...  I just, you guys, I got old and tired...  And now I have NO closets... just big holes in the wall that are packed to the ceilings with crap.     :(    How do I fix this you guys?

just so everyone knows... He has clothes, lol  they are all clean in the basket.... I'm too lazy to put them away.

See?  I need the help, bad!  Anyone have advice, suggestions, tips?  What do you do?  Organized mommas, what do you use?  TOTES? BOXES?  CLOAKS OF INVISIBILITY?  Can you share your secrets of the Organization Club?  I understand I am currently not a member, but I would like to be soon.  I don't even know where to start?

AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Yup been there...ahem...still there, but only once a week...or two...well I have organized closets about 10 days a month. The trick is to throw stuff out. Stuff that you want to save of Z's decide why you are saving it then organize the crap out of it. ex: I saved all of mine and Truth's favorite clothes and blankets through the years so I can make quilts for him later. I save ALL his school work, drawings, notes, well anything ever scribbled on, colored, reports, sentences (if I could have peel of the walls he's written on I would have) The papers are my extreme in total I have 12 boxes of paper...FIRE HAZARD I know. So I have a box in my closet I put his papers in, When the box gets full I put it in my "storage area" (Pay for storage YA, RIGHT you could use that closet you hid your wedding !dress in.) Everything else I let build for a week or two, I remember when the last time it was used (more than a month ago it gets tossed or put in a free pile on the sidewalk.) When you live in an apt you use your space wisely...also those vacume bags have been my space saver since I've been back (season clothes, extra blankets, scratch sewing material...yuppers) Good luck, the best answer to this situation is being a stay at home parent, 35 hours a day, a huge house, multiple house elves, and yes yes yes many invisability cloaks :) when you find them let me know I have a need for all of the above.

LOL You mean 'that' closet, then one with my wedding dress in it, that can fit many adults in, the one that is literally currently stacked to the ceiling? HAHAHA! I have to do some major overhauling! It has gotten beyond ridiculous. For realsy! I need to go to walmart and just buy a gazillion totes!

This is where the whole 'if we haven't used it in 2 months it gets thrown out' comes in.. If they are mementos (less than 3 boxes I'm sure mom and dad wouldn't mind you putting them in the attic) If Thomas/or you has a problem with the 60 days no use rule do 'either or' in the not used in 60 days game...I do it with Truth. All things that haven't been used in 60 days that aren't important (steamer, carpet cleaner, tax papers...) I put in a pile and grab 2 at a time and he chooses which one (either or) he wants. Then we make a list of the things he's keeping, If he doesn't use them again in 30 days they get tossed. Otherwise Truth would be the biggest hoarder in the world! and I wouldn't have anything but a path through rooms...
